We are almost set for our meeting/picnic, please see below who is bringing what and who still needs to be added to the list. Thank you for the great participation!!!

Team meeting/picnic…Tuesday, Courtyard Marriott Pool area, 7ish…coaches will be there around 8ish.

Please have team uniform for pictures.

Vicki – sausage bread
Brandi – paper products
Shelly – beverages
Tami – chili and mac salad or baked ziti if Chris has an oven in her hotel
Marty – organic junk food
Deryl – condiments, (will let him know what kind)
Chris – fruit salad
Kathy – broccoli salad
Lisa – dessert

*Still need: Deli tray & rolls

*Still need to hear from the Cables, Saunders, and Dowds so if you guys could bring those items it will be greatly appreciated.

I would say plan for about 30 people???
